How long does it take to get the finished artwork?

The turnaround time for D&D art commissions varies based on my current workload, the complexity of the project, and other factors.

I aim for a 2-4 week turnaround but please reach out to discuss the timeline if you have any specific deadlines

Can I request revisions to the artwork?

Of course! You can make a number of revisions during the commission process to ensure you are satisfied with the final result.

What format will I receive the artwork in?

I will send it across as a PNG. If you have specific requirements, such as a dimensions or a different file format, discuss it with me beforehand.

Do I need to pay before?

I ask for commissions to be paid for before I start.

Can I cancel a commission?

Yes you can but please do so in a timely manner to avoid lost time.

Do I offer refunds?

Yes I offer full or partial refunds if we cannot come to a resolution.
